Sigiriya

Sigiriya, an ancient rock fortress in Sri Lanka, rises majestically from the jungle. Known as the “Lion Rock,” it was built in the 5th century by King Kasyapa as a royal palace and later a Buddhist monastery. Its frescoes, gardens, and historical significance attract countless visitors today.
